After the production of your Client Brief we engage with Designers on your behalf, reviewing plans to ensure space is maximised and reviewing specification to achieve best value.

Planning.

We can assist with Planning Submissions, Permitted Development, Building Regs Approvals, Statutory Authority Applications and Party Wall Matters.

An interior that exceeds expectations

Love interior design - we can leave it to you.

Know what you like but not sure how to pull it together - let us help with mood boards and material choices.

Want a space that’s fully designed - lets us handle it we can provide full interior design specifications, furniture sourcing, kitchen design and bespoke joinery.

At this stage we will also work with you to create the perfect lighting and electrical plans.

Contractor engagement.

We can send out enquiries to contractors for pricing, review costs and firm up any provisional items included. We will review the programme of works to make sure the build works for you.

Project co-ordination.

We can review quality and the build on site, assisting with contractor queries and co-ordinate any works outside contractors scope.
